Hey Ladies,
Tonight you were both absent from the meeting and I thought that 9:00pm worked better for you for meeting times until we found an alternative meeting time for the next two weeks. I have been trying to get youto email me days or times that we could try to move the meetings to for now or atleast until November. Because you have not responded to any of the emails asking for a meeting time this absent is unexcused. You each have two more unexcused absences until you are considered inactive. Please keep onto of communication so we can resolve this in the future.
Also tonight we came up with a plan for all positions. Everyone is on a clean slate as of right now. Everyone has three strikes and then they will be strip of their positions. This is because every single one us relies on each other and if one person slacks we all go down. If you are to get a strike we will meet and talk about why you got the strike and talk about how to prevent this. So I wanted to make this clear to you because you werent there so you now what is happening with in the Sorority.
