This is rather amusing. I haven't had time to sit down and post this untill now.
2 weeks ago I had to take the ANSO-Lab's head-in-a-jar to class with me because my class doesn't get out untill after the activities-fair began. The head-in-a-jar has been a humorous adition to the ANSO club's table every since I joined and saw the humor in it. It's funny to watch people's freaked out stares and even more funny when they ask "it that real?!"
The reply is always, of course, "is that even legal?"
Anyway...the ANSO meeting got out at around 5:30. My class didn't begin for about a half an hour. With the head-in-a-jar in my hands, a plastic skull in my bag and a half-hour to spare I did the only rightous thing to do. I went to the hub, sat down with the head-in-a-jar next to me and ate a cupcake.
The hilaritiy begins when unsuspecting people start walking by. Most people had unsure looks on their face. Others stared quickly then emidiately turn away as if to not pervoke looking me eye to eye. Not on person asked what I was doing with the odd prop. However, some strange patron did give me an off putting wink.
There is a certain novolty in this, I thought as I walk my way to class. Walking with my cargo through the psyche department. Lots of stares. Funny stares.
